How to improve self-esteem: A journey to self-worth

Conversely, low self-esteem can lead to self-doubt, anxiety, and a reluctance to take risks. Fortunately, self-esteem is not fixed; it can be nurtured and improved over time. I will share some practical strategies in this blog to enhance self-esteem and foster a healthier, more positive self-image.
1. Recognise and challenge negative self-talk
Negative self-talk, the critical inner voice that undermines your self-worth, is a major barrier to high self-esteem. Begin by identifying these negative thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking, “I’m not good enough” or “I can’t do anything right,” challenge these statements.
