We would like to invite you to our upcoming Parental Engagement Evening on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
The goal of this evening is to provide you with practical tools and insights that directly impact your child’s daily experience at school. Rather than a formal presentation, the evening is organised into a series of 20-minute focused sessions led by our staff and student leaders. There will also be an opportunity to speak with members of the School Leadership and Pastoral Teams.

A huge thank you to our guest speakers this week! Our students were inspired by insights into finance, the creator economy, education, and economic development. Students also explored careers in pet training & behaviour, construction, the Herts Police, web design, and midwifery. Over the past three weeks, we have hosted 21 guest speakers, with over 1800 students attending their talks. Thank you all for sharing your time and expertise! ✨

Yesterday, a group of our Year 12 students visited Balliol College, Oxford. The day began with an insightful tour led by a current undergraduate, followed by a talk on the university and the application process. After enjoying lunch in the historic Hall, students participated in workshops in Maths and History led by Oxford academics. It was an inspiring experience for everyone involved! 🎓🏛️✨

Futures Launch: Year 12 Parents, Carers & Students
Join our Sixth Form Team for the Futures Launch and KS5 Study Skills Drop-in on Thursday, 26 February. This evening provides vital tools for both current academic success and future career planning.
Evening Schedule:
◆5:15 pm – 6:00 pm: KS5 Study Skills Drop-in (Dining Hall). Discover proven revision strategies to prepare for the upcoming mock exams starting 23 March. (Optional session)
◆6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Futures Presentation (Desborough Hall). A vital session for students, parents, and carers to explore technical and academic pathways together.

St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Tring, is currently collecting donations for the items listed here. A collection box is located at the church, or students may bring donations directly to the box here at school. All proceeds will go to the church and the local charities it supports.

REMINDER Year 11 Leavers’ Hoodies and Yearbooks must be ordered by 18 March. Please note that we cannot accept any late orders after this date.
You can find the order link in the letter on the school website. If a student qualifies for Pupil Premium (PP), there is a separate ordering letter which must be completed by 11 March.
