In Design and Technology students study in a wide range of material areas, starting in Years 7 and 8 where we operate a carousel system through CAD/CAM, Electronics, Food,Graphics, Resistant Materials and Textiles. In year 9 we offer our students a choice of what they study for the year. They are asked to choose to work in 2 material areas from the following: Electronics, Food, Graphics, Resistant Materials, Textiles and Work Skills. We offer a wide range of GCSE subjects to Key Stage 4 students: Catering, Electronics, Food, Graphics, Resistant Materials and Textiles in addition to the BTEC subjects of Construction and Work Skills. At A level we offer Food, Product Design and Textiles courses.
